Looking through the SR magazine i found this

Official horizontal stand for PS2

and official vertical stand for PS2.

Now unless im mistaken they both would cost about 10p to make.

how much is the price?

that is too much. I imagine the RRP was higer and SR are getting us a better deal but still.

Does anyone have one of the official ones?

Logic would dictate, Dringo me lad, that it should cost us £12.50 if the Americans get it for $25. Of course, this gonvernment...yackety smackety...hardy har har...


As for the GC memory cards, I have no idea what the price will be. Converted straight from American it costs us about £22, but that will then be around £29.99 :-(

the Gamecube controllers cost $25 and so logic would dictate that they will come out at £20.

As for Memory cards why is it then do Gamecube 8mb cost £20??????

Memory cardsa re used for many reasons now you can scan your face using a digital camera onto a memory card and loading it up in the gamecube this Panasonic Memory Cards reach up to stupid sizes even bigger than the Gamecube memory.

If i want a cheap Memory card i will get one of them if its an expensive one i require i'll get one of them but at least i get to choose.

well i wonder how much the 4gb cards for the gc will cost.

Yes, and PS2 controls were £20 when they came out, £15 without analog buttons.

heh, I make a point of bringing a can of coke into McDonalds when I buy a burger (not very often). Never been questioned or thrown out, so I guess the staff couldn't care less.

But TBN. N64 controls were 30 quid when they came out!

The stand is only there to make it look cool, the PS2 has virtually no chance of falling over even on carpet.

The memory card is a very good buy, well worth it and stupidly quick.

I got my multi tap for £15. Also, seeing as GC controllers are rumored to cost £25, the price of three extra GC controllers less 3 extra PS2 controllers, is £15.

The PS2 memory card is massive and is worth £25

Wouldn't pay £10 for a stand though when it sits quite happily on my minidisc deck, especally the horizontal thing :-)

£25 if easily worth an 8mb memory card.

Now stop complaining and sit patiently while you wait for your never-coming GameCube (briefcase.)
