Ah captions. When did all this start? And why are there so few new messages on the FOG? Anyway...

1. Bush: "How many sugars do you want in your tea Miss Poppet?"

2. Bush: "We're going to crush those russian commies once and for all!"
SS Agent: "Uhh sir the Russians are no longer communists..."
Bush: "How dare you correct me! (Picture here) Got your nose."

3. Bush: "Look into my eyes, when I click my fingers you will wake up and act like a chicken."

Do these come up to the high standard you expect?

I dont remember whatever you just mentioned but it was definately on Beavis and Butt head. Maybe they copied it from that kids in the hall thing
