If you have it, is it worth shelling out £40 for, or do you recommend a rent etc? Thoughts from people who have actually played the game would be appreciated.
It starts off fairly fun, but gets incredibly boring and repetitive later on.
It's average.
to complete it once it took me about 7 hours, but i played through again with the other character to get all the fmv's
its an ok game, theres a lot of bullet-time fun and its overall fun to play.
it is however, amazingly glitchy. cars sumtimes sink into the road in the driving levels(NOT kidding) and invisible walls can be hella annoying.
the extra footage is very nice...but the only bit i find worthwhile is the one at the very end which gives basically a new trailer to the film...but if you've already watched it(lucky sod, i'v got tickets for tomorrow night) thats not really as good as it is for me. also one in the middle from the freeway chase, but that bit might be in the film as well(for the sake of not spoiling for others, its on the freeway and has large vehicles..i'll say no more)
if you are unsure and dont have unlimited cash, just rent it, and then make up your mind about buying it
oh, btw the hacking mode.....very good...possibly the best part of the game because it works perfectly and lets you watch all the fmv's again!
Er...wait - am I answering my own question?
:D
To be honest, I'm considering getting it just for the promise of extra footage, but it would be nice if a half-decent game encased it...
Absoloute garbage.
