To clean discs you want a cloth dampened with warm water (don't use tissues or toilet paper as tiny bits of them may stick to the surface) and run the cloth from the center of the disc to the outside. Don't go in a circular motion, apparently this can muck up the 'tracks' on a disc, and that's a bad thing. Just go from center to outside, then take the cloth off, and go from the center to outside on another bit until you've gone over the whole disc. Then blow on it a bit to help evaporate off excess water and if there's still bits of water on it leave it to dry. Should be okay then.
If it's the lens then I reckon you can just use a cloth in warm water again, but be very gentle with it... But don't hold me to that... If you've got the little Cube manual maybe it'll say in there...?
