It just started raining heavily and now it's stopped again...!
we've had wierd weather too. Was really grey and dark and rainy about half an hour ago, now it's sunny with blue skies!
I really hate the rain!
I left for school again today on-time, when it was warm and rain-less.
About half-way through my 3-mile journey it starts chucking it down, as I get absolutely soaked and try to find shelter under one of the many nearby trees. But trees are still pretty useless... The rain drops drip off them and go straight down the back of your neck!!
After about 20 minutes of trying to avoid it, I realised that it wasn't going to stop anytime soon. So I turned-around and went back home again. There was no way I was going to school looking like I had just swam across the Channel from Calais or something! So I decided to take the day off school - again. It was the last day before half-term too... I wander what i've missed...? Lessons... work... boredom....
And woldn't you know it... As soon as I stepped-through my front door, the rain clouds began to run-away, chuckling to themselves, as the sun began to shine-through. And it's still sunny now! Typical!
Them rain clouds... they're after me I tells ya...!!
So i've been drying-off at home while playing Mario SunShine.
I left my trainers by the fire, picked them up again about 30 mins later and they almost burnt me they were so hot!! And they were squelching down the hallway when I came in.
Note to self: "Buy a coat!"

And now i have nothing to say...

Oh, i applied at our new game store for a job. Did it via the job centre, as it was the only place to get forms before it actually opened. Then yesterday it did open. I went in and the place seemed totally soulless. The layout was incredibly similar to every other game in the world, and from the looks of things hey'd kept the stock to a fairly slim range so you couldn't really browse. Then again, that could have been because i know most of what's out so far. And i didn't appreciate having to work my way through the sea of little kids and middle aged parents to get to the cube stuff at the back. And it's all overpriced anyway.
Ah well, if they offer me the job i'll give it a spin, but i don't think i'll be too disappointed if they don't.
