Heh. Maths.
Had to revisit some of that to help my friend who does accounting.
Apparently they didn't need maths a-level when she joined, but she's doing accounting with spanish, took the last year in spain, came back and they'd changed the sylabus to include a big chunk of stats.
So now i try to help
