First of all, don't be so bloody demanding! You MUST go here!
Secondly, it isn't under the 'Manage Contacts' bit so you were wrong...
Thirdly, I managed to find where it was and fixed it! For that I will thank you for your attempt to help me!

Where it used to be divided into 2 sections:
Online people
Offline People
I now have:
Coworkers
Friends
Family
Other Contacts
All people are now in other contacts and offline and online people a living together!
I mean, TOGETHER!
