Just search the SR hints section or one of the free NGC tips books, it'll be there somewhere.
i can't quite remember how to unlock it. I think it's something to do with finishing all star mode with a certain amount of characters...or maybe finishing it on....*dun dun duuun* very hard mode.

How do you get the sound samples then...? Don't believe I've unlocked them. And I think doing that would be near impossible. I only beat that event by luck... not really sure how I managed to kill Giga Bowser all three times...
