Heh, I know a girl from Sandbach.
She dated one of my friends, then left him for one of his mates.

Very nice girl though.

Ooh, that rings a bell. I was in Sandbach (just off Junction 17 of the M6, y'know). Near, erm, Crewe... ish.

Joby (er-no) is around 20-21. I am the Tarrant, he was a laugh. Haven't seen him around in ages.

Does anyone here remember Spider? He was hilarious {to laugh at}.

Golden Rhino? ARTY? There's loads of them. Like I said, this place has really gone downhill :-)

Lol, did they ever give away that car?

I can see it now, Tony standing before the shareholders, "and so I conclude, in order to take this company forward, we need to run another Win-A-Car competition (and I'll hold onto the keys until we end the pontest in 12 years time)"

That real robot's thing was so lame. :D I remember one of my friend's up in Cheshire (where I used to live, *sniff*) subscribed to the magazine. The finished product was, erm, "interesting".

I don't know how old er-no is, or what he's interested in, but do you remember a few years back when Craig Charles presented an advert on telly about a new blue bug-shaped robot called Cybot, as part of a new magazine called Real robots? I got taken by that craze and joined their message board. To my surprise I saw er-no in the active users list, and he didn't seem to recognise me, so I sent him a PM asking him if he recognised the URL http://ukchatforums.com and then we started to talk as if we were old friends who hadn't seen each other in ages. lol! Not that I have any of the messages saved anywhere anymore so I can't remember what we said, but that was the last I saw of him I think.

I wander if he finished that robot, because I know I didn't. It got too expensive.

Where the hell is he these days? Unless I've been blind, I haven't seen him in ages.

Yeah, I remember them. Also El-Robin (is he still here?), kingklik, Game guru (in lots of fancy letters), Ice Blaster, I am the Tarrent, Tony, er-no, kazaa (who got banned), Quazimodo and I suppose if I saw them, I'd remember a few others too.

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Thanks!
Thank you for dealing with this so promptly it's nice having a service provider that offers a good service, rare to find nowadays.
