I like this opening extract to the Paintballgames website:
The forest is eerily quiet and still, your group has made good progress since leaving the base camp, and has sustained no casualties. Suddenly you hear a twig snap in the thicket to your right. In an instant they are upon you, guns blazing.
Looking around, you see your team mates have fled. The John Wayne spirit surges through your veins, in genuine "True Grit" fashion you grasp a loaded gun in one hand, a paint grenade in the other, and hurl yourself toward your destiny.
When the red mist clears, you find yourself back in the basecamp, acclaimed as a hero of the hour. Single-handedly, you have notched up another victory for the Marketing Department over your colleagues in Accounts. What a day this is turning out to be!
Seven more scenarios await you in the afternoon, but overall victory is far from certain. Sarah, the flame haired vixen from Accounts has shown herslf to be a truly formidable sniper; you know you'll have to watch out for her on the "River Kwai" after lunch.

Anyway, er-no, I've got about 20 of us going paintballing now, we're looking at the week 21st - 25th April if they're open on weekdays, they say on the site that they're only open weekends...
Got the student rate too, nice and cheap!
Just a sod to get from junction 29 of the M25 to junction 10 in rush hour traffic...
We'll have to leave at about 7:30 latest!
