If that fish calls me small fry one more time!

I'll, small fry him!

Grrrrrr.

And I'll sell him to a sea merchant for 100 rupees!

I was shocked at the drop in quality of late night tv. Back in the a-levels was the golden age of vids, loves like a dog, players, renegade.
I go to wales, where they have nothing, and come back... all that's worth watching is now and again :^S

Good luck :^)
Seen something.. the only job so far, that I'd be interested in doing. They start recruiting either next september or january though, so my timing could be a little off...

Need to get some money first, so I need a job... I only need a couple of hundred more before I qualify for a visa, but I can't find anything here.
Once I've got myself over there I'll be trying to find work so I can stay there, and fitting in the tourist stuff around that.
But I need a job!

heh, I did that once near the start of the game when you had to get from the top of the map, all the way down to the bottom. I just pointed the little muppet in the right direction, left him to it and came back later. Found he'd got halfway and he'd fallen off the boat and sommin' was trying to kill him. Pretty dam borin' and annoying are those sailin' bits!

Lesson of the day:

Thou shall not leave Link (or whatever his name is) on 'Auto-Sail.' He'll only sail into a tornado and end up on the complete opposite side of the map.

Stupid game.

Good though.

I just got the big tower to appear. I've been doing loads of the side stuff too, got 54 joy pendants to the woman and got some mask and gave 20 feathers to the bloke and got a piece of heart. Won the auction and won a piece of heart...

All good.

I've been bumming round not doing much for quite a while now. Catching up on much needed TV watching, and playing lots of games I've bought over the past year and haven't played due to uni work.... eternal darkness, zelda, dead or alive 3 etc etc

Going home for a month on saturday. Shall see my parents for a week or two before they go off for two months, to new zealand then tailand. Shall spend the rest of the time at home chilling with Jenn, and I'm going to try and work on a couple game demo's which WILL be reasonably good, so that I can actually get a job in the games industry. That's going to be my challenge when I come back up here. Try and get a job! When I've got a couple decent demos done, I'm going to apply to some more game companies around here and hopefully swing myself a job!!!

When you planning on heading off to New Zealand? Any plans for what your going to do out there? Sight see? Work in a bar?

When does Wario World actually get released?

Cube-Europe still seem to think it's this coming Friday, even though it was reported a while back that this game had been pushed-back to the 27th...

Then again, the Cube-Europe release-date people do still think that Evolution Worlds is actually AVAILABLE in this region, and has been since March - even though it discretely dissapeared off the release-list! :)

And to think the first-2 of my DVDs travelled all the way over from there, within 2-days after being dispatched, with no addittional p&p costs to be payed ontop of the price of each DVD...

I'll definitley be buying from them again!

...If only they stocked a wider-range, though....

CD-WOW's warehouse is based in Hong Kong (Port Paye).

The reason why you can get cheap CD's/DVD's off there is because its an internet only company. The HQ is in the UK somewhere, they recieve your order, and they dispatch it from the Hong Kong warehouse.

(Also costs are cheaper in HK, exchange rates ect)
