Is 8 months really that much of an age-difference when it comes to some fit, young girl at work you've got your eye on?

I can't stop thinking about her!
And, because my job pretty much "sucks" most of the time - even thoguh we work outside, and it's sunny - she's probably the main reason as to why I have decided to work extra-days in the week, and why I'm always so keen to pop-upstairs to the office to get something for someone...!

She's always really upbeat and friendly around work, and always says her 'Good Morning's and 'Good-bye's like she really means it, or something... Always willing to help-out and be... helpful!

I don't know how she feels about me, and I don't even know if she's currently seeing somebody else - I don't even know her last-name!

But, our manager either "suspects" or "knows" something he thinks one of us doesn't... Whenever I'm up there, and he's not immediatly busy with work, he'll make these little "hints" and "jokes" about us, as if to suggest that one of us likes the other one, or something....
My head hurts just thinking about it!

But, this coming-Sunday, it's her Birthday...!
Providing the weather clears-up a little today, I'll go and get her a card or something, just to say "Happy Birthday", and not come on too-strong or anything, you know?

I only know it's her Birthday on the 20th July because she, basically "told me"! I was up in the office, getting some more stuff for work, and our manager asked her what the date was... She said it was the 7th, and that she only knew that because it's 13-days until her Birthday - right infront of me!

I dunno... Whatever happens, it's gonna take time, yet.
I'll just let her know "something" with a "Happy Birthday" card (...providing she actually comes-in this Sunday...! :S )

Try eBay. Lots of lovely great deals on there.

Radiohead - Hail To The Thief special edition... £8.99

I love the online trading community :-D

Seriously though, you can get a lot of good stuff dirt cheap. I re-purchased Zelda : ALTTP for a fiver.

Aha! There is a light at the end of the tunnel, perhaps...

Lee Searle of Goblin Direct's customer service department has this to say:

"They were sent on Wednesday so they should be here Friday, sorry for the
huge delay."

So, I'm guessing it will arrive on my front door step sometime on Monday morning - while I'm at work!!

Still, at least something appears to be happening, now. :)

...But why is it ALWAYS him who answers my e-mails?
Are they some kind of one-man-business, or something??

My GBA Game `Zelda: A Link to the Past´ arrived this morning! :D

And, I've decided to claim Hitman 2: Silent Assassin for the GAD Prize I recently won for my review of the Blue Photon Micro Light-thing. :)

But, I'm also getting fed-up of waiting for Winning Eleven 6 off Goblin Direct! They haven't had it in-stock for ages, and keep telling me they're "expecting" some within the next-week - but it still never comes!!

I'm sure other on-line importers have got it in, and they're even selling it for slightly-less, also... I may well end-up asking for my money back as I... er.... "desperately need the money to pay my driving instructor and the insurance on my car I still owe my dad for the last few months"... :D

Can cheques be refunded?

Or maybe I'll just be straight, and tell 'em I really cannot be @rsed to wait around 'til "next-week" for them to even have this game in-stock!

I knew I should've "shopped-around" and bought it off Play-Asia!
(...Waits for Dr.Duck to reply...! :P )

But, at least I also today found out that I've been offered the place at college on a 2-year Carpentry and Bench Joinery course. :)

Still looking at late-August/September before I'll even be able to HAVE my driving test, whether I'm ready or not, though! :(

Listen to the 'Me First and the Gimme Gimmes' version. That's the band name by the way, not some obscure remix name.
