[Captain's Log: 10/03/04 - Day of the Edit Post Feature]
[Diary Entry: 7/7/05 - "We shall never forget"]
Is she alright? Did something happen on her way home?
For all I know, her friend could've had too much to drink and they hit something on the way home - and she's lying in hospital right now! :S
Something like that would explain a lot... And, if she doesn't answer her phone, I won't be able to find out until work re-opens, next Monday. But, even then, I won't be in 'til the following Saturday.
So, I'll ring her number later, and, then, if I still haven't heard anything by tommorow, I'll have to say something to Muppet - as a "closer friend" he is quite likely to know `something´, if there is `anything´.
I can't get-hold-of anyone.
I've sent messages, but have no replies.
When I call them, there is no answer or the phone's switched off.
I really feel like going down a pub or something... But, the only people I CAN get in-touch with aren't 18, yet. :(
I have tried phoning Kelly -- wait, NO I haven't!! :P
I rang her number earlier, but hung-up as soon as I heard to phone go "BUUUUURRR", just once! God, I'm pathetic!! :@
I've sent more texts, but she still hasn't replied. :(
I think it was because I was amazed to hear the phone actually RING. I thought she must have a new phone, or something, and that I had her old or "duff" number... She was showing one of those camera-phones off at the party, you see.
But why hasn't she texted or phoned back, if this phone IS still in use?
I doubt it's a credit problem - with the likely-price of that phone she had, it HAS to be on a contract!
Worst-case scenario: She used her dad's mobile to text me, in the first place! You see, he isn't the "easiest" of people to get-on with... I've served him at work before, and he did seem "a little arrogant". Plus, I heard he came up to work, once, in the Summer, and told Muppet he would never marry his daughter(?!?!).... God! I really hope I haven't been texting him, or someone else! :S
I might give her a proper call a little later, if I can find the courage to actually remember and SAY what I want to say to her. Might wait 'til tonight, though. Got a few beers around - they could give me "courage". Have a few of them, give her a call, and wish her a "Happy New Year"...
Or, I could send Muppet a message, asking him if he's heard from her... But then, being the "big-mouthed idiot" that he is, I'm bound even HE's sure to pick-up on something, and let EVERYONE else know!! :S
Everyone, have a Happy New Year, anyway. I'll get something done, tonight - don't you worry...! ;)

Only another 93,000 posts to go.. time to start spamming, newbies!

Not a real record. But with a lot of checking on the net, longest I ever found was 110,000. However it was locked. The next longest I could find was 75,000 but it was dead. In that it was getting one post a week or so.
Next longest was the longest thread in the Sony forum, followed by the WLT in Fog Prime.
There were laughable amounts of 5000 odd threads that thought they might be the longest.
