What will I do without Solskjaer's blog updates?
I guess here is as good a place as any to spill my guts.
This place has been good to me. A fair few free games, plenty more cheap ones, lots of procrastination, a couple of good friends, a funded MSc (indirectly)...
I've been posting here since before I first went to uni, it feels like a long time.
There's only one other forum I use now, and that's a very quiet pool chat forum. I hope this place stays up, or I'll have been shuffled off the net almost entirely.
What exactly happened? Or is there a thread I've missed that explains it all?

I know it's a little late for soppy posts, but I just realised:
The only thing that kept me in touch with the gaming world, new releases and stuff, was this place.
Without it I'd need to read review web sites or (gasp) buy geek magazines (no offence cooky ;^) ).
Otherwise I'll never know what big games are out and when. Or if I did I might still go buy Geist or something.

The forums aren't going yet, DD. So don't go. And yes, even I, who's Notable hopes were dashed when you voted at 11:59pm, because you remembered "At the last minute", and I lost by 1 vote- want you to stick around. You help form the "core" of the Ninty forum, along with Cooky, Dringo, RBS, Tphi, Sibs, Strafio, gerrid, AJ, FFF, Cycloon, Twain, myself, and some others I've probably forgotten. :)
So, yeah, don't leave, you mofo. :D

Well, 10 to, but the computer was off and slow to start up.
