I have AS exams in about a month and have yet to start revision. Study leave starts the week after next though so I'm leaving it until then.

GCSE study leave was the best though, an extra seven weeks tacked onto the Summer Holidays.. bliss.

I've got my second batch of AS Level exams a week on Monday, and despite doing no revision what so ever, i am strangely looking forward to most of them, 'cept for Physics that is :P

rar, Thought i'd check up on a few things..

a.) cooky
b.) auf detusch... (I could never learn to spell that word.. however i'm doing German for GCSEs)
c.) and reading :p

Strangly enough though, over the years i've been here (nearing 1000 days now :/) Seen people coming up to their GCSE exams, and taking their choices to what to do over in A Level etc.. !! and its the same for me.. :(

Study leave in a week time.. then week after that the 'exams' that i've been waiting for the past 2 years.. eek. Its a step, a big step for me while you all say its nothing compared to A Levels :P

Heh. Looks like one person from college will certainly be joining SR's membership soon, after I let him in on all the benefits.

I couldn't get myself that needed memory card on Tuesday lunchtime, but I did get two DVDs (in Mean Machine and Snatch) while he walked out with his micro-car-thing and a toy submarine - of which, I saved him a pound on each (£2 in total), using my membership card. :)

He couldn't believe it only costs £7.50 a year. He wanted know what those Reddy's were all about (I didn't tell him he could've gotten the car for free though! ;D ). He really is intrigued now - and SR has me to thank! :P :)

...He says gonna use them to build a helicopter - he's into stuff like that, you see. Like this bomb he had yesterday... There I was, on my way home, when there was the huge *BANG/BOOM*-sound from up the other end of the road... EVERYONE stopped. I thought it was a burst tyre on the bus that past me - but no, it was him!

He's not one of the Townies I was on about, he's just Wierd (you know, like "the wierd one" you always see in people's groups on TV - but he's not quite Screech ;) ). But, where he leads, I am quite confident 'they' will soon follow... ;)

Just, don't you forget it, SR!! :P

Also, I have a question for... tphi or anyone:

Is it possible to take tracks from a Live! DVD of a band and turn them into music files (MP3s or something) to stick onto a blank CD?
Basicaly, I'm after some live tracks from the Red Hot Chili Peppers to add to my MP3 CD. I've searched and downloaded with KaZaA, but what I've found there hasn't had the same 'effect' on me as the power I've found on their Off the Map DVD.

I've seen Live at Slane Castle (another of their DVDs) tracks to download there, so I'm guessing maybe it can be done. I just need to know how...?

And, isn't it a pain when you get a new game (ie. Harvest Moon), yet you're unable to play it because of insufficient space on your memory cards. And you don't really want to just play it without saving, incase your ruin the experience for when you are ready-to-go. :(

Maybe I can badger some space from a little card-management last on though....
