I don't have a DVD player, not even on my PC, which we got about 6 months ago. My dad turned down the option to have DVD drive as we would be paying more for something we wouldn't use. My dad didnt even know what a DVD player was until he saw one in an electrical shop. he thought it was some kind of TV!
Ive entered twice, with two review, Mario Kart Super Circuit and GoldenEye 007
I have the same DVD problem. I don't have a DVD player (yet) so I have to watch them on my PC. But they won't play as I have to download something to make them work on my DVD-ROM drive. It is annoying!! Maybe SR should do a DVD player give-away?? As no-one seems to have one!
oh, and the GAD was for 'Perfect Dark' review, the 2 FADs were for reviews of the film 'The Others' (not the DVD, I saw it at the cinema) and for a CD review of 'Pennywise: Land of the Free?'

won GAD once (got Conkers BFD) and two FADs (even though I can only watch DVDs on my PC... not exactly a home cinema is it?) so I got Rush Hour 2 which a mate of mine wants to buy off me, and 'The Gift' which Tiltawhirl wants to trade with me for Tony Hawks 2 on N64... bless him...

I have now won GAD twice (WO-HOO!). Once under the old system and once under the new one.
I won cuz of 2 topics I started in the Football and FOG forums.
I recieved The Matrix a few weeks ago (I would have chosen a game but it was for FAD not GAD).
And i've now chosen Paper Mario to arrive soon. Glad to see it's back on the SR sheleves again!
