I've had some bad sleep recently too, but more slightly more hours than you.

My dad usually falls asleep watching telly downstairs at half-ten, wakes up at 1, and begins to play his guitar really loud, as it echoes along our wooden hallway, up the stairs, and into my room!! So I try and go downstairs to have a go at him, but I can't even open my eyes. Sometimes I really hate my dad!

Or I get woken up at about 4/5 in the morning cuz my dog's suddenly decided to wake up and go bezerk barking at absolutely nothing!! That also annoys me too.

I think I'll put on some soothing music and have a rest in a min... I think it is down to lack of sleep, as this week I have had very little sleep(probably 6-7 hours a night) for the past week or so...

Oh well...

Maybe you should take a rest Sibs...
It isn't good to use a computer with a bad head I know!
I find that by going to sleep for an hour or 2 helps, and you'll feel much better and hungrier.

And after an hour or 2 there may be more for you to read here, or more for you to do. You'll also be able to stay awake longer tonight.

No, i'm not trying to get rid of you or anything, I just think it's for your own good. Also, take some paracetamols aswell.

Well done for the GAD Cooky, and when I did my SATS I did really well, and was in good sets the year after. I was sposed to be in the top set for English, but I got the choice of another set cuz they knew I didn't really know/like anyone in that set. So I chose intermediate, thinking it'd be easy. It was quite easy (but I hated the orals!!) and I only ended up with a C at GCSE. I must have done REALLY badly in the exams as my coursework was A-/B+!
