Well, unless i fluke a gad either today or tomorrow, i'll soon be dead on 1 game every 125 days! Maybe i think of a good topic and make it every 100 days? : )

Im 240 days old

So i checked the local dodgy second hand games store that never used to have anything n64 in stock.

They now had quite a few games, but the most appealing of those was virtual chess! Actually, i did like the sound of it, sometimes i'm up for a game of chess, and without the hassle of using a board or a pc made it seem worthwhile.

So i ask the guy how much it is. He tells me i can either buy it normally, or trade it in with an old game for a discount. Oddly, it doesn't make any difference to the price what condition the game i give in would be, even whether or not it was boxed or had instructions. Also, they don't care what the game is, at all.
How much does it cost?
Buy it for £20 - yes, that's not a typing error - or trade a game in and buy for £5.
I tried to mask my shock and sudden disinterest in having anything to do with the tattered box in my hand.

Unbelievable. But then again, i guess they need that to cover the cost of the games they take off people - Nine F1 WGP boxes i counted! I don't even want to know how many unboxed versions they had in the back.

Suffice to say, i won't be buying from those guys any time soon. Well, not unless i decide to trade in my copy of F1 WGP : )
