No, on the map on the pause screen which shows the whole Zelda OOT world

The red arrow is where u enter the current area and the yellow arrow is you

On the map on Zelda OOT are you suposed to be where the arrow is? as Ive raced Dampe in Kokhori Village and learned the song of storoms but the arrow stays there, Ive also got Epona from Lon Lon Ranch. I heard that you have to fill the well woth the song of storms but it never fills when if play then song of storms and it rains.

What am I supposed to be doing?
