Feel free to edit the first scorer before the game has kicked-off, that's what McLong has been doing. Slightly more challenge this way too.

In your example the final score would be 3-3 but the result would be England winning. No goals are added to a score after a shootout...
I included the distinction between to two as it allows people to rack up points, for example, if you predicted a 2-0 win for England and they won 1-0, then you would get a point for the result. If I predicted 1-0, I would get two, score and result, as a reward for the more accurate prediction.
All change in the table after this weekend, with Alfonse getting one perfect score, result and scorer combo... :S I can't wait till the group stages are over and I don't have to run through so many results to update the table!
Denmark v Holland 0-2 (van Persie)
Japan v Cameroon 1-1 (Eto)
Italy v Paraguay 2-0 (Gilardino)
New Zealand v Slovakia 0-0
Ivory Coast v Portugal 1-2 (Ronaldo)
Brazil v North Korea 3-0 (Luis Fabiano)
Hopefully get some points from these games lol
*EDIT* You mean the Ghana match ;)
I think I'm at four now. I'm doing shockingly badly at predicting outcomes though, heh.

All ok so far...but let's throw a spanner in the works...Gerrard didn't play - so a prediction made say 2 days ago would be inaccurate, so in hindsight this part of the 'game' should be deleted i.e. no first goal scorer....if you see what I mean :¬)
Prediction: England 0 - 0 USA
1 Point (Outcome)
Prediction: England 1 - 1 USA
2 Points (Outcome, Correct Score)
Prediction: England 1 - 1 USA [Gerrard]
3 Points (Outcome, Correct Score, First Goalscorer)
One thing I don't get, 1 point for correct outcome, 1 point for score? Surely if you get the score right, the outcome is already a given? Only way I can see this working is with penalties, but it's only the group stages. Although with penalties, they change the score, so if England draw at 3-3 and win the PS, it would technically count as 4-3 to England.

That's good. I've always loved football, and was absolutely gutted when Green let the ball in yesterday. I currently play for my school as captain and will be trying out for college next year :^D
Anyway:
Serbia 2 Ghana 0 - Zigic to score first
Germany 2 Australia 1 - Emerton to score first
Denmark 0 Netherlands 3 - Van Persie to score first
Japan 2 Cameroon 0 - Song to score first
Italy 3 Paraguay 1 - Di Natale to score first
New Zealand 1 Slovakia 1 - Sestak to score first
Ivory Coast 1 Portugal 2 - Drogba to score frst
Brazil 3 Korea DPR 0 - Fabiano to score first
