A great two-day haul for tw666 sees her move up the table
Yeh!!!! bring it on! lmao.
Anyway, table is updated, your friend and mine, Alfonse is still sitting pretty on top but only just. A great two-day haul for tw666 sees her move up the table and a cool 4 points for pb sees him climb also (at the expense of McLong). A no-show from jubba this round has cost him so far...
Also, England's qualification was always going to go to the last game of the group, despite the abject performance and the stubbornness of the coach not wanting to change his formation, I'm not sure what everybody is so surprised about...
Can I predict the England v Slovenia game early? I'm thinking 2 : 1 to England with Rooney scoring first. (he better or else)
*EDIT* Considering the last world cup produced over 100 goals, this one is a bit behind at the moment. One aspect that I will praise is how open it is this year to every team, some might say this is bad though as we're getting alot of draws and 1 goal games.
Holland won 1 - 0 to japan

Looking at Slovenia's last game against the USA, for the most part of that game they looked like they would destroy England as they are playing at the moment. They sat back at 2-1 and paid the price..they could have lost!
Bottom line...England need to win well on Wednesday to stand a chance of progressing or else it's booking a late June holiday somewhere exotic and extremely expensive...can't see Rooney going to Blackpool for a week :¬))
ps However, maybe a cave holiday would suit his neanderthal ways.

Apart from the obvious, some of the games have been quite entertaining.....now that we've got rid of the opening games' nerves :¬)
