What is a good topic? Many topics that look potentially interesting, just get like one reply. On the other hand topics that look incredibly boring, like "hey", turn out to be really good and receive many replies....

Because most Newbies are a bit retarded and grow out of it by the time they are Regular.
why do newbies get treated so harshly on this site? surely everyone was a newbie at one stage......? sorry this is just something i have noticed and would like an explanation if possible from someone with a bit more "respect".....
