"Well what the hell was the bleeding point then?"

Of E3 I mean? Mentioning things can merley overshadow the competition... look at PSP.

But we got a nice short clip of Metroid Prime 2 and there were no signs of Zelda... we feared they have evolved into the 2 Gamecube spin off titles... no sign of Mario 128 and all 3 Pokemon "Games" appear like further spin off trollop. At least the GBA had a good show with a promising Paper Mario esq. RPG game, a new Metroid title and at last a Mario Advance game that actually has extras over the predecessor it mimicks.

And yet in the last few days we get news that The Wind Waker sequel will have cel-shaded graphics with a playable version due at next years show, that there could be a fully fledged Pokemon RPG on the horizon... Nintendo's plans to unleash some killer aps (proper killer aps as in GTA beaters) at next years E3 and even some proper comments about Nintendo's move into online gaming with possible free subscription...

Now why didn't we get that at E3... then we wouldn't get as many complaints.

Your joking yes? I still felt an epic fight with a hint of Nostalgia...

I found Majora's Mask great! Nintendo are merley using the same graphics as its the same system and the graphics worked great.

Yes there will be a time to return to jaw-dropping excellence but only when the graphics can convey the same emotion and fluidity of the Wind Waker... something the next console maybe able to do.

What? The original game, or, the original plus erach and every one of the 10-odd add-on packs.

That put's Mario Bros 3 into second place then, in terms of sales anyway. It's still the best game of all time.

It better be realistic. Half the greatness of Ocarina Of Time was that you were this amazing warrior-hero guy with a sword. This feeling just can't be achieved with toon rendering.

The Wind Waker graphics are fantastic because they were different - make the game seem like a 'real' sequel and so, it flew off the shelves and is a joyful and magical experience. But they're going to do it again. Ah.

It'll just feel like an expansion pack - nothing particularly new, and thus, will not sell well and will lose even more mainstream appeal. However, if they made it realistic it'd be sensational to play - excellent graphics, and a detailed and interesting world. More people would buy it too.

But no. Nintendo are toon rendering again. And the style will be boring. It'll be what Majora's Mask was to Ocarina Of Time - a sequel that doesn't feel like a sequel and is somewhat lacking. How very gay.

I prefered the ols style graphics on Zelda. But the Sims is different, and should not be realistic.

The sims is stupidly popular... it is a multi-format game yet Nintendo have a special exclusive version that connects to a GBA version... it will shift more than anything you could possibly imagine in the west.
