If I sell him then I could buy a new forward because Patrick Kluivert is on a free transfer and Ronaldo is just about to run out of contract.
And I also have about 12 million left just now and if I agree to let him go then it will go up to 34 million.
What should I do???

Del Piero's expendable for £22 million. With £34 million you should be able to get a superstar such as Figo or Beckham.
You should well sell him.
Sell him, get Kluivert free and use the money to buy a better player for a different position (Def, Mid..)
Sell him and buy Vieri or Shevchenko
or you could of course keep him and use the cheating way to buy players for nothing that doesnt involve taking over the other team.
