In Morrowind of course. Can anyone advise me how to go about it?

I agree. I have seen the game running in FP view mode and it looks a bit on the poor side. If it was a pure 3rd person game I would have snapped it up ages a go. A certain company has it going for £18 new at the moment so I can't resist :P

The day progresses like any normal day, i'm not sure how it exactly works though, its not in real time (game is set at night when its night).
You can wait/rest around for a few hours if you wish.

Yep. But you'll get bounty on your head if people catch you.

It can, but it's not very good. Wooden movement. First-person is the only way. I think the third-person view is there so you can look at your character every now and then.

Yep. If you give your character good thief skills and practice those skills there's loads of places to sneak around and goodies to steal. There's even a Thieves Guild who hire wannabe thiefs for special missions.

Yeah. dawn/day/sunset/dusk/night/sunrise etc. 24 hours passes in about an hour I think.

Yep. If you give your character good thief skills and practice those skills there's loads of places to sneak around and goodies to steal. There's even a Thieves Guild who hire wannabe thiefs for special missions.

And it's pretty crap at first, but once your weapon's skill reaches a decent level it improves.
