Well this is ridiculous i've bought a copy of UT2003... now what?
Bloody UT2003 fans all they say is 'oh i will pay for full price for it' New Vehicles, skins, levels etc it's like an add-on if i have to pay full price what is the point of having UT2003 why don't those fools open their eyes.
Better be given an add-on type price or i'm gonna flog my copy of UT2003.

You can't really compare them.... cos HALO isn't online or on the PC yet.
But some people can say they are copying Halo but have you heard of Battlefiled 1942? Uses all kind of Vehicles from planes to tanks.
So you could say it is copying either of them.
I don't care anyway if a good mod comes out for it i'll get it currently playing a UT mod Tactical ops and have done for 2 years without touching UT.

I hate UT.

It's just a way of milking money out of people, when it could just be the multi-player side of Unreal 2 or something.

UT2k3 is no better than Halo's multiplayer, or Wolfenstein etc.

All you need do is snipe in deathmatch, run like hell in CTF and killl kill kill in Domination in UT. The changes of workings in 2003 is an advantage.

Unfair to judge a game on one encounter I think, I've played the game for well over a year now and it's more than picking a camping spot and getting killed.

It's about learning the tactical advantages and disadvantages of the maps and working as a team to protect and secure objectives, so much more than the usual Counter-Crap clones out there.

I would play vietcong/half life 2/battlefield....

can't afford 2003 yet :(

i dont really like either, but if i had the best PC ever, i'd play UT2k3 anyday.

I must admit, CTF has better maps on the original UT. And they are great for multiplayer.
