This is just something off the top of my head. Not thought through very well at the moment. Surely since microsoft are developing the x-box and the system has similar architecture to a PC it must be a reasonable guess that in time an emulator could be created to play x-box games.

Not necessarily - look at Bleem for PC and Dreamcast. SOny tried to sue, but couldn't.

THeirs an emulator for praticly every game, so so some programmer is most probably going to make one. Then they will have to wait about a year two years, before they can program decent games!

It's sure to happen.

You'd need a top of the range PC, and the games would take days to download on a 56K modem, but you could probably do it.

But anyone that tried to release one would get sued. Rightfully so.
