*(1) No, you *can* stick DVD games onto CDs without using a DVD-Writer or a DVD-R/RW.
*(2) DVD-R's dont cost £23, more like £5 at the most.
*(3) I bet the chip you could get is a crummy Neo2.2, like mine... which I paid £80 for.
To get a DVD game on a CD-R would involve eliminating a LOT of material...
