Well think about it. All the other companies have had to drop there prices by alot. PS2 mabey dropping its price but its still high. Therefore
people are buying it so much that it can still mantain its price

It's a generalisation.

99 percent of the public are like that.

Cheeky girls being popular? I rest my case.

Nintendo haven't officialy dropped the Gamecube's price here since it's launch.

Oh, and Sony had won before it even started. THat's what a two year head start does for you.

Well unless Paladin you are a member of the Royal Family then that makes you a part of the general public so you are calling yourself a 'fanboyish moronic half-wit who'll buy anything'.

Now that IS moronic

I have my doubts about this sweeping generalisation of the british public.

the summer months are always the dry spell for good games. You occasionally get a blockbuster in May (i.e FFX last year) but other than that May-August are notorious dry spells, then September comes and you get a whole lot of great games.

Anyway NBA Street Vol 2 and Def Jam Vendetta which have recently come out are great games in my opinion and will keep me busy over the summer.

SOCOM: US Navy SEALS - 11th June

But yeah, apart from that, squat, but then it's always like that during the summer months.

Sounds like Nintendo with the N64 - just that it's working successfully for Sony.

You're forgetting that the general public is a bunch of fanboyish moronic half-wits who'll buy anything.
Right now, the PS2 is the worst console games-wise. Nothing's turning out like it should or it promised - it's having a serious dry patch. There's not been a decent title for months, and it looks to continue this way for quite some time.
