Probably from playing football last night.
I normally find it difficult to sleep at night, when I've played football that day.

'Tis a nice day, I normally have about two hours sleep, although I had about 12 last night, so it all balances out. Woke up and the first thing I did was reach for my acoustic, first thing I played was a perfect Paranoid Android intro, I was well proud.
Going up the pub later so should be a good day.
