I`ve started this discussion after a message I left on another topic.

Basically its a trip down memory lane for some of you to remember dome of the great gaming experiences on systems like the Atari, C64, Spectrum, Amiga, Atari ST, NES, Megadrive etc

I`ll start off with one of my all time favourites

Last Ninja on the Commodore 64

Goal was the unofficial sequel to the superior Kick Off 2. This was the football game to own until Sensi kicked it's out to touch.

The great news is they are
> developing Kick Off 2002 for the PS2, PSOne and GBA!! Should be worth a look!!

The only problem is who is coding the game? Kick Off was great and was coded by Dino Dini but he fell out with them after Player Manager. He then went and did "Goal" as a Kick Off 2 but couldnt use the name as the publisher owned the rights. Remember Player Manager bore no resemblance to the original so who knows what this will look like.

I can but wish it is Dino Dini back on board

I loved ISS on the snes, you could just stand there and press a few buttons twice and he would do some kick ups and then a bycicle kick and you would not get tackled while you did this...great fun!!!

that's what took the skill pro evo. also you remember GOAL! by dino dini that was virtually kick off with another name. it was still good though. always took skill to score as you had to control your man just legging it down pitch and slotting it in the net didn't work on that game ....... unlike fifa
