yes it was said in the FOG chat by goat boy that you could do drive by shootings i would really like to know whether any one else has done one and how do you do it?

I'm assuming it just a mission later on. Goaty's had it longer than most of us so he's bound to be a bit further. I only got my copy at 9:00 this morning.
