The game forums are closing, so i am moving the popular FF forum here. No spamming, just 100% FF. Let's start with a question.... which of the FFs is the best?

I prefered 4 to 5, I liked the story more.
Although 5's Job system is the best ever (coming back in FFX-2!).

I didn't like 6 very much.
Never really got me.

personaly i think that Final Fantasy 5 is the unsung hero of the series, it has the best story line, but it was not reconised due to when it first came out the FF series haddnt taken off yet. it also laied the ground work for the rest im my mind...

i got FF origins today...not that i've actually properly played it yet though

im saving for a gameboy SP it looks pretty good and there a few very good games out for it

Yeah a remake would be very nice especially if the graphics were re-done that would be pure brillianze

I heard that there was going to be a sequal, how i dont know as everyone died at the end. If it is a remake that would be very cool.

Not been confirmed but i doubt they will even do a remake unless there is very high, and i mean HIGH demand for it. Might as well focus on making new games instead of remaking the old ones although i would love to see a next gen version of FF7 it's just really wishful thinking.
