Anyone think it will be pulled up a month from May 31st to a month earlier release date like it was in america, can't see why it takes this long?

Its been a year but I believe that its located in a bay where there are lots of small islands in the bottom half of the map north of the lighthouse.

I am a a lady in some distress i am on CD 3 on FF8 and i cant find the white SEED ship that has ellone on it could someone please tell me how to get there?
