The game forums are closing, so i am moving the popular FF forum here. No spamming, just 100% FF. Let's start with a question.... which of the FFs is the best?

Thanks for pointing out my typos ssxpro, your the second person to do that today. I shouldn't be in such a hurry to type my posts out. So many interesting posts to read though :p

I think the Cloud loved both of them. I think he had a massive crush on Aeris probably tinged with a rememberance of her from his Zack side. (Wasn't Zack Aeris' first love?). However, I think that after Aeris death, Cloud came to lean on Tifa (and Tifa on Cloud, because after all they were friends), and so they became closer and Cloud probably remembered old feelings for her.

Its possible to be In Love with 2 people. I know that because i will always love my first love, even though, we were never properly together.

i think tifa because cloud has been trying to impress tifa his whole life he tried to join soldier to impress her and if he did love aeris he would have scored with her already how many chances did he have huh

I think that's "intelligence" and "all too common" :D Sorry, I wouldn`t normally bother pointing that out as its pointless, but it was kinda funny considering what was said :D

Anyway, ignoring that, I think it was Aeris. Or possibly Tifa. lol! Until a minute ago, I was completely sure it was Aeris, now I`m not so certain. I always saw Tifa as just a friend, a close one, but Tifa as the flare in his life.

Childhood friend or women who dies after one disc. Let's do a pro's and con's list. :)

Tifa:
Pro - Definenty the safe bet, seems to be someone who would be loyal if a little frisky, lots in common with Cloud. The homemaker.
Con - Her moves are like so crap, could be a reflection of her bedroom capabilities.

Aeries
Pro - Certainly the looker. Can work wonders, likes flowers and is very girly which is you know, cool.
Con - Seems the type who would join some animal rescue program and become devoted so you wouldn't see her much. Up to you to decide if that's a good thing or not.

Yuffie
Pro - Erm, yeah.
Con - She's so annoying, steals things to, possible prostitute.

ff 9 was to rushed, they started making it for the ps so they were taking there time like they normaly do, but once thay found ou about PS2 they started to rush and the game did not live up expectation.

well thats what i think any way.

i really dont like 9 i love ff8 theres nothing that good about 9 at all it a good game but not a special game like all the other ffs.
as well where are the sidequests in it none at all apart from 2 which are optional bosses and 2 extra summons 1 of which is useless i hate it

I prefer 8 to 9.

Which one is better out of FF8 and FF9 because i want to buy one to play over the christmas holidays.

Favourite moments..

FF7 - Leaving Midgar, enter the new world.
FF8 - The Ending, The Intro and the camera scene in the credits
FF9 - Death of an Emperor - Queen Brahn's death
FF10 - Swimming under the Sky - Tidus and Yuna under the sky, floating about all happy.

Tifa or Aeris for Cloud? Definitely Aeris..
