skie of arcadia sounds pretty good with massive gameplay and reasonable graphics whereas baldurs gate has a good real time combat system and a massive realm to wander through. Summoner apparently also has its good points and if you are willing to splash the cash PSO is definatel worth a look.
But i have not actually played any of them and at my present financial state i do not have the sponduli to buy them all. which one clearly stands out from the rest? oh and dont forget the lost kingdoms games.
RPGs have meant to have tactical battles, that are too complex to have in real time.
And because you have more than one character to control.

Role playing game
Now this either means leveling up and improving stats, having a wide range of different equipment to choose from or both.
Zelda has neither. Yes there are minimal changes in Zelda games, such as the three different tunics and one or two other swords, but that's what Adventure games have. It's simple, not focused or concerned with the player making choices to affect the succes of the character.
A much easier way to see this is with Starfox Adventures, how many of you would say that was an RPG? It's clearly an Adventure, as is Zelda (seeing as SFA is a Zelda clone), but Zelda is slightly more complex.
Do not contest.
Of the present lot, Skies of Arcadia looks the best. I say "looks" because I haven't had the pleasure of actually playing it yet due to Special Reserves stock problem with the game. Still, it was free so mustn't grumble.
*grumbles*
Oh, and not forgetting that little game...er, what was it called again? Oh yes, ZELDA!!
