I can see some kind of a point, you feel more 'in place' being around people of your own ethnic orignin, but it was a stupid thing to say. You don't admit things like that as people see it as racist and in some ways it is.

You're just saying that you prefer all white people to blacks?

Would you rather be in the company of a big mass-murdering white bloke, or Asher D, the loving black bloke who was arrested for carrying a loaded pistol which was probably going to be used to kill someone anyway...

Anyway, you're grouping a whole load of people together, you shouldn't do that.

I'd rather be in the company of white people if I had the choice if I was going to have to sit and talk with some 'coloured' kids from Romford. (They're all hard down there and they carry knives.) But then, I'd rather be in the company of some coloured people I know instead of some white kids from Romford. (They try to act all hard down there but just end up getting stabbed by the harder kids.)

I was also thinking about this the other night, how I've got a picture of everyone here being white. It's just the way that you don't think about who would be black. I always pictured you (Asher D) as being white, a white boy who likes the So Solid Crew.

It will be quite interesting to find out about other people...
