yeah half life 2 coming to xbox the screenshots look very good this game reminds me of alien a bit except the actuall alien u get those little things that attach themselves to peoples heads thats the same as alien can't wait for this :)

They never said that at all. They were working on the multiplayer but decided to cancel it and concentrate on the single player so they made the release date.

I KNEW they stitched up the cube! They said there wasn't enough space on the cube disc for multiplayer (bull). They failed to realise if they'd have put it on a second disc the game would have sold better due to the lack of FPS multi on the cube at the time!

That depends on the person.

Halo was very good but three weeks since completing it I have no real desire to play it again.

Playing through it the second time I was just bored and really not bothered.

So for me, Half-Life was more fun, and I want HL2 more than Halo 2.

I prefered Deus Ex to Halflife. I HATE halflife on the PC. It has too many crappy jumping sections which hold you up for ages. To be honest though Perfect Dark is still better than either.

Halo 2's going to have to be pretty special to beat Deus Ex 2 or Half Life 2, that's for sure.

I wasn't judging them. I was reminding people of the other games existence. I agreed with TGM that I can't wait for Halo 2 and the amount of competition should make Halo 2 even better. I'm going to buy them all.

FPS NUT=HEDFIX

Halo may not have done much new, but what it did, it did so bloody well. Definetly my favourite 1st person shooter, it may be boring in places but it makes up for that with some of the superb levels. Play Halo in co-op and it's just the most amazing multiplayer gaming experience.

Certainly a lot better than Halflife, which only was really rated in the multiplayer. The single player was crap to say the least.

As for Deux Ex, don't make me laugh.

Duke Nukem Forever has been in development for so long it was probably announced for the N64.

Why are people judging games like Half Life 2 and Deus Ex 2 against Halo 2? In my opinion, the predecessors of these were much more revolutionary than the orginal Halo - and will certainly be remembered a lot longer. Halo's great fun, by all means - but I can't see the sequel bettering the likes of the two I've mentioned above easily.
