There was a few spelling mistakes but other than that all I said was that I didn't think he would be able to and would need Broadband.
You'll need 512k line or above to get a good experience out of it. You can't connect using a dial up modem as it will be too slow.

A 56.6k modem is far too slow. You'll slow the game down for other users and you'll have sky high pings meaning that it will be crap to play.
You need broadband.
