I need help. I have an ntl connection which is very slow. it takes years to download music, games etc. if i buy the adaptor i am scared it wont be fast enough. send me some feedback

There was a few spelling mistakes but other than that all I said was that I didn't think he would be able to and would need Broadband.

Col, you make no sense at all.

You'll need 512k line or above to get a good experience out of it. You can't connect using a dial up modem as it will be too slow.

If you're with NTL dial up then talk to your parents about getting NTL boradband. That's the only way.

Hover the mouse over the flashing icons at the bottom or the screen near the clock. What does it say? Should be something like xxxxxxx bytes received xxxxx sent @ 40000bps. Or something like that.

I think you need broadband. I remember reading another message were 150kb/s was laggy, so yours would be a 2 3rds as laggy. I doubt it would be playable. You need broadband I think.

You can't.

A 56.6k modem is far too slow. You'll slow the game down for other users and you'll have sky high pings meaning that it will be crap to play.

You need broadband.
