The GameCube will now be alvaliable in 5 different colours! Thr colours will be Purple, Pink, black, gold and silver. They look really good, i think thr black one looks the best. At the moment we dont know which colours will be alvaliable in the UK launch but for the US launch they will have black and orange, so expect those colours and a few more.
Also there will be the wireless controller! It will be called the Wavebird. It looks really good, you can play your games up to 30 feet away! You plug the reciever into the controller port and it then uses radio frequencys to transmit the data. Also it will not be affected by people walking past the reciever!
All in all the GameCube is set to be great!

I wonder if they'll do the same with the GC itself? After all, the actual casing should be v.v.v.v. easy to remove and then spray... just take apart an N64 controller, and you'd realise that it's not as frightening as you might think.
Only problem is the warranty expiring!
I'm not so sure.
In Japan, the Game Cube was released only in it's purple form. And According to NGC Magazine, it will later be released in "Jet Black and spice (orange)." If I can, I am going to wait for the black one to be released. However, if enough of the games I'm looking forward to are out, then I'll get the purple one so that I can play them quickly.
Remember, it's not the colour of the console that's important. It's the quality of the hardware and software that makes the games play that counts.
However, it is nice to get a console that coordinates with everything else in the room, otherwise it will look out of place. Maybe that's why past consoles have been black, grey and white. Then again, that could be 'cos those are the cheapest colours that plastics come in.
It's a well known fact that Grey consoles always dominate!
Take a look at the NES, SNES, and Playstation!
:)
Not, I'm not saying the SNES was bad. In my opinion, it's the best console so far!

Definitely, Super Mario World and Super Mario Kart were both classics, perhaps a few of the best games ever made.
