"Special Reserve Sonyphiles". That's the name voted to be the first ever Special Reserve online clan. Hopefully we can kick some bottom on SOCOM and other online games, while enjoying the whole experience as much as possible. If you would like to join the clan, just post your SOCOM username, and then whoever is in charge of the clan, will send you an invite (So check your SOCOM online invites!).

We decided not to have any rules as such. Obviously it would be nice to be a top team, but all that really matters is that we have FUN. So if you're not very good it doesn't matter! No one will have a go at you, that's not what we would like this clan to be about.

To join, you obviously need to be an SR user. Newbies to SR aren't going to be turned down, but it would be preferable if we got to know you a little bit first. It's also possible that people who aren't SR users may join the clan. But like I said, I'm sure all you guys who are SR regulars would prefer it to be people who you know, so anyone joining the clan should join SR first, and make an impression on us.

Another thing is, I'm making this post, but I think we should all agree that there is no leader as such. Obviously someone has to do the clan news (That appears on the SOCOM server) and someone needs to start the clan up, but like similar to what I said before, this clan is about fun and I don't think anyone should boss anyone else around. So without further ado, lets get this show on the road!

P.S. My SOCOM name is Natbuc. Our SOCOM tag is ~SRS~ kindly thought up by Aliboy. (Quite where the kindness is in that, I don't know. It just sounded appropriate.)

Nath.

Yeah we're Scottish, we've only had one inter-clan match and we lost 0-6, 0-6, 0-6!

However some of us are pretty good, especially Gusto. 12 of us were on tonight, the most so far.

When I've played with or against them a few have been pretty good.
Certain clans are all good because they play it as a team and not as individuals.

Any of the SRS folk going to be around tomorrow? During the day, maybe around lunch time?

TTA?

Are they a *good* clan?

Is there a certain clan that rule? In other words, if you were to see a member of a clan that rule, you'd expect a fair beating?

So, what games are the ~SRS~ clan on? What games are they planning to be on in the future?

Skorpion, the maps are fairly big (Slightly smaller than your one player ones), but the style of play varies on each. There are 11 maps altogether, 4 supression (8 on 8 death match), 4 bomb the base levels (Basically, 8 on 8 again, and there is a bomb in the middle of the arena. You have to get it, and try and take it to the enemy base situated on the opposite side of the map to your base. Once one team has planted the bomb, the other team have 30 seconds to diffuse it, obviously while the other team are trying to blast their brains out). The final 3 levels are hostage levels (The terrorists have hostages and the SEALs have to go rescue them. If either team kills two hostages the other team wins. If the SEALS manage to release 2 hostages and get them back to the helicopter then they win. Or, if one team eliminates all members on the other team then the team with members left will win).

All types of mission can have two teams of between 1-8 members, 2-16 members playing overall. As for tactics, each on depends on who you are playing with. Some people talk through the headsets and say 'Ill do this and you cover etc.' but some people never use the headsets and just run in all guns blazing. It's good that the style varies, but discussing tactics and seeing them work out is a whole lot better thn a messy battle.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
