I may be getting one for X-mas, and my brother too, i was just wondering:

1. Does the link up cable come with it so you can play 2 players?

and

2. When playing with the link up, do both people need a copy of the game?

mario kart only needs one cart to play multi player but the more players you have the quality is lower and the game is slower... 2 player on one cart is fine though

dont pay any more than a tenner for a link cable

And it can lag an awful lot, so it is much better to have more than one cart especially for four players.

You need to buy the link up cable, there preety cheap so it's not much of a problem.

Some games you only need one copy to play multiplayer like Mario Advance, other you can play with one Cart but you only get limited options like Mario Kart and some I think youn need 2 copys of the game for, im not 100% certain cause i've never used mine for multiplayer.

What game do you get with it?

Is it worth getting one?

Some games work with only one copy of the game which is great.
