I have a Samsung 12x DVD ROM player SD-6125 in my PC.

I have gone through all the chances on the Region selects.

It is now stuck on Region 2. Which was o.k. because i'm English and it stands to reason that i'd buy English (Region 2) DVD's...

But a friend has given me a rack of Region 1 DVDs and i can't play them. Is there any way to change the Region settings? If so how do i do it?

I have WinDVD InterPlayer with it...

Help MEEE!

Cheers!

Yeah...i've been through the region changes, and now i'm stuck on Region 2... Thats the problem. I want to be able to play Region 1's as well.....

Someone somewhere told me you can crack the player and start the whole process again.....

That;s what i'm trying to find out...

Thanks for the message though...

I know some DVD-ROM drives allow you to change the region a number of times, then lock to the last setting.

Maybe it's the same with this player?
