Anyway, I've just (carefully!) scratched off the silver cover over the code and tried entering it but it says it's invalid. Is there a customer service that works? I e-mailed 'em once and they didn't reply. B******s.

Try ringing the Nintendo Hotline.

I had to ring them once, they were very helpful! I wasn't even put on hold at all!

You get VIP codes when you buy games, consoles (GBA or GC)... why dont they give you a VIP for buying official accessories such as memory cards, controllers etc? It makes sense! doesnt it?
