Uh Oh!!
does anyone

It's not the overall file size that counts, it's the way you stream the data down the pipe and you shouldn't be in MB anyway. Use the bandwidth profiler in Flash to test the movie trying to keep it below the red line. 56k doesn't actually equal 56k, it more realistic to look at it as 40k (about 5kb per second)
I would do it in HTML, but I want to make all my stuff

Flash sucks to, from a usability point of view. Amimations are great, but why flash the whole site? What about users with old machines and no flash, what about navigation and browser functionality. Flash doesn't make a site easier to use not buy a long shot. It's great for multimidea and showing off but depending on what or who your site is aimed for I would strongly suggest not to go overboard with the use of Flash especially as a beginner!!
There are loads of books out there covering this subject, I personally use "Flash 5 Studio" and "Actionscript Studio"
Remember that Flash is for straming vector artwork, not bitmaps as this will have a huge effect on streaming and download response. Also, work in a loads of layers and libraries, this too will reduce you download times... And if using Flash 5, use smart clips wherever possible to reduce size again!!
Hope that helps.. Sorry I'm anti Flash, but I've been in the industry for so long that I've seen more harm than good done by the use of Flash!!
