Are there any decent footy games out there worth me getting for the Cube?

According to a few online retailers, Konami's release list includes Pro Evolution Soccer 3 for the GAMECUBE. I've emailed one of the retailers, gameplay.co.uk, who state its definitely on the Konami release list, so it looks as though it will be coming out here in Europe.
What do you think? Will it remain a PS2 exclusive over here?

ISS3's good in mutliplayer....but sucks so many balls in single.
Your best bet would be to import Winning Eleven 6: Final Evolution from Japan, and to get a FreeLoader/Action Replay cheat-disc for playing it.
It's ``Pro Evolution Soccer´´ in Japanese-form.
And it WON'T be coming out in Europe -- or even America.
(Mine should be arriving very-soon. :D )
But, if you're, insanely, NOT one for importing, FIFA 2003 will be 'enjoyable' for a good month-or-two. Or, you could try ISS 3... Just as long as you're expectations aren't too-high.
If you like playing as club teams, get FIFA.
If you're not bothered, get ISS.

Erm I think you will find that Winning Eleven 6: Final Evolution is not only the best football game on the market but its also one of the best games on the market.
