I wouldn't go that far. It's let down by the bizarre controls. Still, it's a good game, though.
Multiplayer's supposedly quite good as well, but I can't see myself choosing to play RF2 over Halo and TSP2.

PSO, TS2, Burnout and Ace Golf are great games!
SFA is quite rubbish, but it was a present.
LoTR is okay for a no-brainer hack-em-up.
FIFA 2003 is fairly good - I got it before Winning 11 came out...but Winning 11 is now on the way and in *looks at watch* 2 days, I'll be playing it!
I have a tendency to keep most of my games because usually it's not worth my while to sell them.
