This week, someone in my class brought his mobile phone into school (which is not allowed). Well, he was showing it to everyone and showing off a bit. He apparently says he left it in his blazer pocket and the next day, it wasn't there! so we all had to go to the headmaster's office and he told us what happened. Today, they have found out who took it and he was suspended for a week. And the person who brought in his phone got a minus. It was a bit stupid to bring it in the first place. What a plonker.

Woah. Signal Jammers, mobile phone bans? When I was as school three years ago the worst we got was a "No mobile phones" poster.

i always take my phone in every day, only occasionaly do most people get a signal inside school though, but pretty much every one can get a signal just out side the school so people use their phones all the time, no one get told off...

Well, I finished school officially 2 years ago, although I did a retake of exams twice, studying at home. So I've had a whale of a time doing crap all except lounging around for the last year, only doing something when I felt up to it.

Oddly enough, I wished I was in school most of the time.

Oh, and mobiles were banned in my old school. No point in bringing them in anyway, there was a signal jammer installed in the school.

Blazers? Not allowed to bring phones in? What kind of prison do you go to school at? Never heard of anything so daft in my life. Except for Hercules believing he can deck me. Pft.

We had to wear blazers from year 7-11 at secondary school. More to the point, us girls had to wear kilts (yes, kilts, and no, not in Scotland) at Primary school. We were the laughing stock, we were.

Mobile phones were banned too, although nearly everyone brought one to school.

P.S. remember those Tamigotchi cyber pet things? One girl I knew used to bring loads in to school and had them all conviscated.

Same with those 1p plastic tubes with sherbert in- the floors of the school were so colourful with those neon tubes discarded everywhere!
