for a long time I thought exerise was a dirty word, but over the past coupla years I've regained my interest in physical exertion. plus it helps me sweat all that lager out

I like to play on computers and consoles, plus i was doing a load of website work for me I.T.

I actually go out whenever possible in this sorta weather, you don't get very much so you gotta lap it up.
