Why did he always use ` and not '?

Classic. And he went on to use the word "plethora", which is quite puzzling given his choice of words throughout.

Anyway, I feel like a right mean bar-steward for having a go at this review. No-one would be saying anything if it hadn't won. Good on him, I say, he managed to write something very strange and get a prize out of it (probably membership) Well done, Watchtower.
But another question - will he even claim a prize? There's always a few unclaimed prizes by newbies who don't know to or forget to check the list.
